Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (USA Only)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for you to choose the speed at which you'd like to receive your items. In some cases, certain items will require slower shipping speeds to ensure your item arrives safely. Free shipping only applies to orders with an sale amount of $150 or more. Please note that oversized items or items that exceed a shipping cost of $30 will not be eligible for free shipping. All other standard shipping fees are based on order amount and vary between $10.99 and $32.99. Our economy shipping rate is offered for smaller items at $4.99.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver to USPS PO Boxes. If you place an order with a USPS PO Box we will do our best to ship your order using USPS services but we do reserve the right to cancel your order in the event shipping costs are prohibitive. We will contact you prior to cancellation to ask for an alternative address.

Local Delivery

Flat-rate local delivery is available for orders in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas for a nominal fee.

Deliveries are made from 10a-5p ET Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message or email with the phone number or e-mail address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Local Pickup

If you live close to one of our locations you may be able to select a local pickup option for free! Local pickup orders are usually ready in 2-4 business days for pickup from our locations. You will receive additional instructions on picking up your order once it is ready. Our normal pickup times are during business hours 9a-5p ET Monday - Friday. If you have any questions or concerns about your pickup order please call us.

International Shipping (Canada all other Countries)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for you to choose the speed at which you'd like to receive your items. In some cases, certain items will require slower shipping speeds to ensure your item arrives safely.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beth's Christmas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@bethschristmas.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
